Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Saturday Night with Miriam (RTÉ One, 9.45pm)

Miriam’s back on our screens for the summer – tonight, US Ambassador to Ireland Kevin O’Malley and singer Charlie McGettigan will reflect on the Berkeley tragedy. Fake tan entrepreneur Marissa Carter and footballer Stephanie Roche will also be on for a chat. #miriam

Schindler’s List (RTÉ2, 9pm)

Liam Neeson stars in Steven Spielberg’s Oscar-winning drama, based on the true story a German businessman who saved the lives of thousands of Polish Jews during the Holocaust. Tough viewing, but a classic.

Rush (Channel 4, 9pm)

The second film pick of the night is also based on a true story – this time, the rivalry between Formula 1 drivers James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) and Niki Lauda (Daniel Bruhl).

Reviews for the much-hyped second season are in… and they’re not great.

The New York Times praised the acting, but said TD2 is “intriguing, just not enthralling”, while Vox called it “just a cop drama you’ve seen many, many times before”. Oof.

We’ll still be giving it a watch when it airs over here on Monday – will you?
