Saturday Night with Miriam (RTÉ One, 9.45pm)
Miriam’s back on our screens for the summer – tonight, US Ambassador to Ireland Kevin O’Malley and singer Charlie McGettigan will reflect on the Berkeley tragedy. Fake tan entrepreneur Marissa Carter and footballer Stephanie Roche will also be on for a chat. #miriam
Schindler’s List (RTÉ2, 9pm)
Liam Neeson stars in Steven Spielberg’s Oscar-winning drama, based on the true story a German businessman who saved the lives of thousands of Polish Jews during the Holocaust. Tough viewing, but a classic.
Rush (Channel 4, 9pm)
The second film pick of the night is also based on a true story – this time, the rivalry between Formula 1 drivers James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) and Niki Lauda (Daniel Bruhl).

Reviews for the much-hyped second season are in… and they’re not great.
The New York Times praised the acting, but said TD2 is “intriguing, just not enthralling”, while Vox called it “just a cop drama you’ve seen many, many times before”. Oof.
We’ll still be giving it a watch when it airs over here on Monday – will you?
